Fried Apples

Ingredients:
Four Apples cut into wedges is preferred.
1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of Margarine
1/8 Cup of Raisins
Process:
- Cut Apples (peel if desired)
- Heat Margarine in medium skillet
- Add apples
- Add Cinnamon
- Saute on low heat for 15 minutes
- turn ingredients in pan
- Add Sugar
- Add raisins
- Saute on low heat for 15 minutes
Serve hot or cold.
