Gluten-Free living is not the easiest task these days.  Granted it may have been more difficult ten years ago. 

The goal of this blogger is to help simplify gluten-free living for those who are interested.

Why?  Simplicity can help reduce stress as well as restore self-confidence and self-esteem.  In turn, when a person feels more positive about her or his self, she or he may be more likely to take good care of their body and their mind.  Finally, this could lead to them being easier to live with for others.
