Gluten-Free Simplicity

  I, like perhaps many people with Celiac Disease, have sometimes had a difficult time regarding maintaining gainful employment. OK, it took a lot of guts and trust to just put that out there, so try to be gentle as you judge me if you do.

  Anyway, I have been GOOGLEing and searching for some ideas around this and I think I will try to post them here as they come up.  I  hope they are helpful:

Note: None of these positions were listed specifically for people with Celiac Disease, still I would be curious as to whether that would be a factor in hiring.
